Constructive are acting as PM, EA and QS for the refurbishment of this Richard Rogers designed building.
Works comprise: construction of additional mezzanine, Cat A refurbishment of all office floors, new reception, provision of new commuter facilities and refurbishment of common areas. The building achieved a full pre-let ahead of completion.
This design pays homage to Rogers’ original designs for the building whilst repositioning the asset for modern occupation.
Short Listed for two awards;
- Refurbishment Project of the Year category for the Building Awards 2022.
- Project of the Year up to £10 million in the National Building and Constructions Awards 2022.
