Constructive acted as Project Manager and Cost Consultant to manage the professional team to deliver a phased refurbishment of the existing occupied office building with a full refurbishment of the reception, main entrance, and creation of new retail unit and commuter facilities.

  • Full Cat A refurbishment to multiple floors totalling 75,000 sqft
  • Reconfiguration and refurbishment of reception including a business lounge
  • Creation of a ‘best-in-class’ commuter facility in basement
  • Structural reconfiguration to create new dedicated entrance and new 9,000sqft basement D2 unit from previously underused space
  • New lift access to a new basement gym demise
