Constructive acted as Project Managers, Employers Agent and Cost Consultant for the repositioning of this high-end building refurbishment project in central London.
Works included a comprehensive refurbishment of the main reception, new basement commuter facilities, Cat A refurbishment of the 4th and 5th floor with new private roof terrace to the 5th. Cat A and A+ fit out to the 2nd and 3rd floors providing new modern high quality plug and play office space. Comprehensive refurbishment of all on floor WCs.
All refurbished floors are now fully let making the project a huge success.
